SOLENT AIRPORT

Rich in history, Solent Airport (formerly HMS Daedalus) is situated on the beautiful south coast, overlooking the Solent and Isle of Wight. The airfield dates back to 1917 and has been providing flying training continuously ever since.

With its runway recently resurfaced and new hangars, Solent Airport consists of on-site engineering, hangarage, outdoor parking, aircraft refuelling, cafe and much more.

The airfield is in an extended phase of redevelopment with new facilities being added all the time, further hangars are planned which will see yet more aviation arrive to the airfield over the coming years.

Solent Airport is here to stay.

Alongside the resident companies at the airfield there are a large range of interesting and exciting aircraft visiting daily.

Where better for HAC to be based than amongst a thriving aviation community in the heart of the South coast right on the shores of the Solent.

And where better to start your training or career in aviation than at Solent Airport, why not arrange a visit with our team to see the airfield and our facilities.
